Disaster Response Ministry
Bringing Help and Hope to Communities in Disaster
The NC Global Methodist Church now has a disaster response ministry and they are asking each church to donate $100 a month to this fund. The Council has decided that we are going to take a separate collection each week and ask that those that can, donate $1. Collection plates will be in the front and back of the church. We will begin this the first Sunday in October.

Mark your calendars now to come out on Friday, October 31st from 5:00 – 7:00 pm to decorate your trunks, hand out candy for the community. help us serve hot dogs and spread joy. If you can’t come and would like to donate some candy for others to give out, please bring it and place it on the front pew in the sanctuary. If you have any questions, please see Laura Johnson.

It’s that time of year again to begin filling boxes for the Operation Christmas Child ministry!
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” — Matthew 19:14
Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in need through gift-filled shoeboxes, each packed with love, prayers, and the message of God’s love. More than just toys and supplies, every box reminds a child that they are seen, cherished, and never forgotten.
Shoeboxes must be turned in no later than Sunday, November 23rd, but can be accepted earlier. The boxes can be found on the front pew of the church.
If you have any questions, please contact Kathy Reynolds.
