The Men will meet for their monthly breakfast meeting on Saturday, April 5th. The cooks need to arrive at 7:00 am and if you are coming for breakfast and devotions come at 8:00 am. Invite a friend or two.

Palm Sunday, April 13, 2025

      Mark your calendar now for our Chancel Choir Easter Cantata – It Is Finished. The choir will present this beautiful morning of worship on Palm Sunday during our morning worship time at 10:30 am. Please invite your friends and family. This will be  a great service of worship.

Mark your calendars now for a covered dish lunch immediately following our Sunday morning Worship Service on March 23rd. Bring a dish or two to share with others. We will have a lot of fun, fellowship and good food.

Looking Ahead
Trunk or Treat

     We will be having our annual Trunk or Treat this fall on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Please mark your calendars now to help out with this fun community event. We will be serving hot dogs as well as having a parking lot of vehicles with trunks of goodies to share with the community children. If you are unable to come that night but would like to bring some candy for others to share, please bring it to the church by October 27th.

Methodist Men Breakfast

     The Methodist Men will meet Saturday, October 5th at 8:00 am in the KCLC. They will be fixing breakfast and then have a devotion time and meeting. All of the men of the church are invited. Come at 7:00 am to help cook and 8:00 am for the breakfast and meeting. Hope you can come.

Mark Your Calendars Now

     We will have a covered dish luncheon immediately following church on Sunday, June 23, 2024. Hope you can come and bring some food to share with others.

     The Methodist Women will have a Bake Sale at the Thomasville Farmer’s Market on Saturday, July 27th from 8:00 – Noon. Please mark you calendar now to fix a homemade goodie and to stop by and support the women by buying a delicious item. The money from the Bake Sale will go towards the local mission projects of the Methodist Women.

Attention Graduates

     We would like to recognize our outstanding graduates on Sunday, June 9^th. We would like all members who are graduating from high school or college to submit information about themselves, including awards, special recognition and future plans. We will share this information during the worship service. Please email this information to the church office at churchoffice@pleasantgrovemc.org. If you know of someone that we missed in the last year please include them. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

      On Palm Sunday, March 24th at 10:30 am, the Chancel Choir will be presenting a beautiful Easter Cantata – Come to The Cross– during our morning worship service at 10:30 am. You will not want to miss this worship service. Mark your calendar now and invite a friend or two.

Calling all children!! Please join us on Saturday, March 30^th at 1:00 in the Kennedy Christian Life Center. We will have an Easter Story, enjoy some Easter Crafts and then we will have a fun Easter Egg Hunt on the church’s front lawn (weather permitting). Please invite your neighbors, grand-kids and friends to this event. We will also enjoy some cookies and juice.
